About this website

This website is operated by Total Design Homes LLC. It describes the kitchen, bath, cabinet and accessible design services we offer, and lets you request a free design consultation.

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but photographs, door styles, finishes and product ranges are shown as examples rather than as an offer, and availability can change.

Consultations and designs

The design consultation is free and carries no obligation. Booking one does not commit you to any purchase, and it does not commit us to a price until we have seen the space and put a written quote in front of you.

Designs, drawings and layouts we prepare for you remain our work until the job they were prepared for goes ahead.

Quotes and orders

Any price we give before an in-home meeting is indicative only, because cabinetry has to be measured against the room it is going into. The figures that count are the ones in your written quote.

Cabinetry is made and finished to the specification you approve, so the point at which an order can still be changed or cancelled is set out in your quote before you sign it. Please read it and ask us about anything that is not clear.

Warranties

Cabinets, hardware, tops and appliances carry the warranties given by the companies that make them, and those pass to you. Anything we warrant on our own installation work is confirmed to you in writing for your job. Nothing on this page adds to or replaces either of those.
