When you request a consultation or send us a message through this website, Total Design Homes LLC collects the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and anything you write in the message field.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to keep the site available and secure. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange your free design consultation and in-home meeting, prepare your design and quote, and keep you updated while the work is going on.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses the cookies needed to make pages load and forms work, along with privacy-friendly visitor statistics that count page views without identifying you personally. We do not run advertising trackers or build profiles about you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we need them to answer questions about work we have carried out and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that never become projects are removed once they are no longer of any use to us.
